Q: Can I book the trailer directly through your website, rather than a booking partner?

A: At this time we only use our booking partners to book all rentals. Signing up with either Outdoorsy or RV Share is totally free and it only take minutes to set up an account.

Q: I'm new to RV camping, will you help me understand the in's & out of using an RV?

A: We understand! We were once new to RV camping as well and had plenty of questions, that weren't properly answered. Every rental and renter is unique. By understanding that, we take time prior to send off to insure you have all the necessary knowledge for a fun, memorable and safe trip.

Q: Can I use my own vehicle insurance or do I have to purchase some type of trip insurance?

A: For every trip you will need to purchase accidental trip protection. Most traditional auto insurance policies do not cover towing a rented trailer owned by a 3rd party. Each booking partner both offer affordable options and rates for your peace of mind.

Q: What kind of vehicle can I use to tow your trailers with?

A: With our flagship Geo Pro 19FB, you will need a vehicle that is capable of towing a minimum of 3,000 lbs. - the tow vehicle also needs to have a brake controller and a 7-pin connection. Check your owners manual for towing specifications.

Q: How often is the trailer cleaned and serviced?

A: We clean and sanitize the trailer after every use. Sheets are washed along with insuring that everything is functioning properly for every guest. The unit is serviced every 90 days of usage.

Q: What kind of discounts do you offer?

A: At this time, we do not offer any type of rental discounts, beyond extended stay daily rate discounts. However, through our booking partners, they from time to time offer online discounts and new member money saving deals.
